The role of a Customer Success Hero is a demanding one that requires a unique skillset. As the voice of the customer, you will act both as an advocate for our Clients and a champion for their customers, by communicating with them across multiple channels. Your job is to ensure that customers on the other end have the best experience possible, no matter how they choose to contact us.

- Provide mindful, personalized communication to customers via phone, email, chat, SMS and social media
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and considerate manner
- Document inquires effectively and accurately
- Provide contributions to your team to help achieve team goals
- Be a team player by sharing your success through mentorship and help build our knowledge base
- You have a genuine willingness to always be better and are passionate about customer experience

- You have prior experience in live customer service and sales by phone and/or chat based communication and know how to be great at it
- You are ready to learn about products in order to troubleshoot and sell them as required
- You have a drive to achieve, are empathetic and a great communicator
- You can realize when something is totally over your head and are willing to ask for help
- You are not scared of technology, rather you embrace it
- You are ready to be a service and sales Hero
- You can work at our office in Markham, Ontario
- You are able to work a full-time or part-time shift, Monday to Sunday
- College degree or equivalent work experience (customer service and inbound sales)
- Bilingual (preferred)
